The Pottery West for Piglet Dinner Bowl has a beautiful, speckled finish and is perfect for entertaining or everyday dining. Each piece is hand-thrown in the Pottery West studio in Sheffield in the UK, using iron-rich flecked stoneware. The Ochre glaze is a complex, full finish named after one of its ingredients – iron ochre. Shades differ depending on the clay used, varying from a warm caramel brown, to orange, and even a little purple. Although glossy, this glaze has a semi-matte appearance in certain lights.
