At Piglet in Bed, we want you to be completely cosy with your purchase. Just as we take care in crafting our premium linen and cotton bedding, we’ve designed our returns process to be as smooth and comfortable as our fabrics.

Our Returns Policy

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with tags attached
  • In their original packaging (for our beloved Bed Linen Bundles and other packaged items)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bath Mats, Bathroom Accessories, or Home Fragrance items unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our comfort consultants will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our Glasgow address (provided in your return approval email) using a tracked shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product. Simply follow the return process above and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using your preferred shipping method.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item (though we work hard to prevent this with our quality checks), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a free return and either repair, replace, or refund the item.
