Order Processing

We carefully handpick and package each item with love. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Options

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched from our Glasgow studio.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely cosy with your Piglet in Bed purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In their original packaging (especially important for our Bed Linen Bundles)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bath Mats
  • Bathroom Accessories
  • Home Fragrance items

Unless these items are faulty, in which case please contact us immediately.

How to Return an Item

Our returns process is designed to be as smooth as our signature linen:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for approval – Our comfort consultants will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return – Send to our Glasgow address (provided in your approval email) using a tracked service

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, colour or product. Simply follow the return process above and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using your preferred shipping method.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item (though we work hard to prevent this with our quality checks), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a free return and either repair, replace, or refund the item.
